Do you love history? This self-contained, upstairs gîte is located in a village that gave its name to one of France's oldest and most illustrious families, the Choiseuls. A quiet, peaceful spot where you can take a stroll along the hiking trail "La Route des Choiseul". First floor (separate entrance): Kitchen/dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 2 pl. and 2 beds 1 pl.) and shower room with WC. Cleaning fee: 40 euros. Sheets provided. Bathroom linen: 5 euros/pers. Household linen: 4 euros/week. Charges: 8 kWh/day electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). Surplus to be paid to owner: invoiced according to actual consumption (meter reading) Terrace. 3 horse stalls available and park adjoining the gîte grounds.
