Independent gîte, adjoining the owner's home, in a restored old house. Ground floor: Kitchen - Dining room - Lounge - Bathroom with bath and shower - WC - Laundry room. First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds (140cm), 1 extra bed and 1 crib) - 1 mezzanine (1 double bed (140cm) and sitting area - Shower room - WC. Fridge/freezer - Terrace 48 m2 - Enclosed garden 204 m2 - Closed garage - Baby equipment on request - Bed linen: 12 €/bed - Bathroom linen: 8 €/pers - Cleaning charge: 60 €. Please note that the gîte must be returned in the same condition as found on arrival. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of €60. If you have not subscribed to the cleaning option, a deposit of €60 will be required on arrival.Charges: 8 kWh/day electricity Free (meter reading on arrival and departure). Any excess must be paid to the owner: invoiced according to actual consumption (meter reading). Lodging not certified for Tourism and Handicap. Rooms are on the first floor.
