Detached 4-room house, 650m from the town center. It has a courtyard where you can relax and enjoy yourself. This rental is very well located, with easy access on foot to the various shops (500m), as well as being close to the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne (650m). The pavilion comprises an entrance hall, a large living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms each with a 140cm bed, one bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds, a shower room and separate WC.
EQUIPMENT: Fridge + freezer, 3 ceramic hobs, mini oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, gas BBQ. Individual enclosed courtyard.
