This lovely 1 bedroom apartment is a hidden gem, nestled in Barcelona’s most bohemian corner: Gràcia.
Centred around a snug living room and decorated with an exposed brick wall & wooden ceilings, this charming space features a comfy sofa, perfect for cozying up to watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen tv.
Notes:
Standard Check-in is from 15:00h to 20:00h. However, we can accommodate late arrivals as well.Please note that there are extra charges for late arrivals:
Between 20:00-00:00 the fee is €25 to be paid in cash upon arrival.
After 00:00 the fee is €50 to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Barcelona is quieter these days, with fewer places open for business. However, it's still beautifully vibrant , with plenty to enjoy outdoors & experience around the city.
The apartment is located within walking distance to many parks & different city landmarks, plus (big PLUS) the beach is easily accessible on foot. How cool is that?

There are many well stocked hypermarkets like Mercadona, Sorli, Liddl, Bonpreu, etc. conveniently accessible on foot from the flat. Grab some fresh local produce and put our fully equipped kitchen to good use by cooking a delicious meal.

Bars, boutiques and restaurants pepper the pedestrian streets. It's a real favourite of local residents.

Fully equipped with an electric stove and a washing machine, the kitchen leads out onto a private balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and a standalone wardrobe, while the bathroom has a large shower, a toilet, and a sink.
