Surrounded by secular olive trees, between cultivated fields and rural villages, on the hills that from Lake Trasimeno arrive at Lake Chiusi, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, the farmhouse "Poggio del Sole" is a moment of tranquility and relaxation, as well as an excellent starting point to discover Umbria and Tuscany.
In the area of a large park, between avenues and shady areas, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool (7 x 14 meters) with solarium, bicycles, bowls, soccer field, children's games, barbecue, a small forest of oaks.
"Poggio del Sole" was born from an old stone and brick farmhouse, recently renovated together with the adjoining barn, from which were obtained 7 apartments from two to nine beds, equipped with all comforts.
With private entrance and private green area, the apartments have been renovated keeping as far as possible the original architectural features, and furnished in rustic regional style, in a simple and welcoming.
All have a living room with sofa and kitchenette, one or more bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Outdoors each apartment has a table with chairs, deck chairs and umbrella. Independent heating and satellite television, FREE WI-FI.
Each apartment has air conditioning.
Tourist tax of €1 per person per day is to be paid directly to the owner on site. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
