The farmhouse "Poggio Verde" is immersed in the Umbrian hills that surround Lake Trasimeno, in the area on the border between Umbria and Tuscany.
The agritourism was born from the renovation of a farmhouse and its rural annex "Podere del Ceraso". There are eight apartments of various sizes, all with private entrance, furnished with the utmost care.
The living rooms have fireplaces (not all of them) and comfortable sofas; the kitchens are in maple or chestnut wood; the bedrooms have wrought iron beds. All apartments are complete with linen and crockery.
All apartments have a dining table both inside and outside during the summer season. All bathrooms have a shower.
Bicycles are available.
In the common garden, there is a beautiful swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, very well maintained, with infinity side and children's area.
In a panoramic position from here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside and surrounding villages. Large solarium with umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs.
All this immersed in a large green park with flowers, shady areas and fruit trees; not far from the pool a beautiful pine forest with tables and benches, will be particularly appreciated on hot days.
Guests also have at their disposal the barbecue, games for children, bicycles, ping-pong, FREE WI-FI.
Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
Tourist tax of €1 per person per day is to be paid directly to the owner on site. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
