In the heart of the city, sheltered from the bustle of the Place des Lices, Place Saint-Anne and the Palais de Congrès just 5 minutes away, this entirely renovated complex based on a historic building is composed of seven luxury apartments.
This residence has entrances secured by digicode making it possible to arrive independently.
The apartment Hemingway, with an area of 82m2 is located on the second floor without elevator.

A large modern and fully equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all small appliances (nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster...) as well as a central kitchen table allowing you to take your meals.

Two bathrooms, each with a large Italian shower, a dekton cabinet and basin, an illuminated mirror with different functions and a towel dryer. The two toilets are separated.

Located close to the old Saint Etienne theater, the place des Lices and Saint Anne and the convent of the Jacobins, you will have the privilege to stay close to the most important places of the city. Ideally located, a multitude of choices is possible: café terraces, restaurants, Opera, or the Theater... You won't have time to get bored!
A few minutes walk away, you will find the Lices market, a real institution in Rennes. Every Saturday morning, it welcomes local producers as well as many craftsmen of the food trade.
For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.
Transport :
Located 300m from the Sainte-Anne metro station and 200m from the Chezy Dinan parking lot with a pedestrian exit in front of the building. Bus lines are also accessible within a few minutes walk from the building.
