Ideally located at the seaside, housing with a sea view. The residence is secured with a closed parking. The accommodation would need a slight refreshment in particular at the level of the kitchen where the pieces of furniture above the sink were dirty and greasy, with a smell of stale and old in the cupboards. For the rest nothing to report. The sofa bed is comfortable. The fan in the ceiling is very appreciable to temper the room a little. A little noisy during the day for those who are looking for peace and quiet, because of the parking lot to access the beach and the passage of many people on foot. A small mini-market is opposite the residence, as well as a café/snack bar which also serves as a bread depot, which is very welcome in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay. And the contact with the agency is really nice with the concern of the reception, a kind word to wish us good stay etc, in spite of the rush of the arrivals.
