Villanovia is a conservative restoration example of a historic Tuscany farmhouse dated back to the XVII century. Originally served as a warehouse and guard tower, the recent renovation has preserved it rustic and original. Its distinctive special character provides a charming, warm atmosphere. Uniquely located on a hilltop location inside a nature reserve, the property offers 700sm of internal living accommodation and 37 acres of private land, surrounded by a 360° amazing panorama over unspoiled Tuscany.
Villanovia is off the beaten tracks and worth the 4 km scenic unpaved-road drive, that will take you at the heart of the land, to our relaxed and far-from-it-all country house.
Ideal for families with children, who enjoy the peace of nature and plenty of space. Groups can gather in the large dining room, prepare food together in the master kitchen or around the BBQ outdoor, and seat all outside to watch breath-taking sunsets. The interior hydromassage room is just a perfect addition!
Our property will be at your exclusive use, for a memorable holiday experience and you will feel at home.
From all around you and by the outdoor swimming pool you can enjoy the best views. Nearby places to visit are Volterra 9km, San Gimignano 25km, Siena 50km, and the sandy beaches in Cecina, 50km.
