At the entrance to a hamlet, 10 mins from the beach via the Col de Banyuls tourist road and overlooking the Baillaury valley, 4-star-rated, 2-room detached house set on a vast terrace with trees and unobstructed views over the vineyards, surrounded by hiking trails and accessed via a staircase of around 30 steps.
Parking available at the bottom of the stairs.
It comprises a living room with a sofa-bed for permanent sleeping, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
The living room and kitchen both open onto the terrace, which features a barbecue.
It also includes a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a separate toilet.
