The 105 m² sunny house is composed as follows: large living room, fully equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms including one on the first floor, a bathroom, a shower room, as well as a large garden with terrace.

- Lovely, warm and bright living room with insert fireplace, very large corner sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV. Dining area with large convivial table seating 10. [Please note: the chimney is temporarily out of order.]

- Utility room with sink, washing machine. Seafood preparation utensils.

- You'll find all the shops you need in downtown Pléneuf, and Erquy is 4 km away.
- The market takes place on Friday mornings in Val André, and on Tuesday mornings in Pléneuf and Erquy on Saturday mornings.
