Rustic villa with pool and garden on the outskirts of Felanitx.
This spectacular rustic property, recently built, retains the style of a typical Mallorcan finca with its stone facade and is decorated with traditional style furniture. Fully equipped and very spacious, it is ideal to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. As far as the exterior is concerned, Ses Felies has a spectacular garden and a pool perfect for relaxing and cooling off and several furnished terraces ideal to spend enjoying the magnificent weather that the island offers.The house is very close to the road, so locating it is very easy. This causes that from the terrace you can hear the noise of the cars.
Felanitx is located at the foot of the Serres de Llevant mountain range, amidst a wonderful landscape: almond trees, citrus plantations, and vineyards shape the scenery. On Sundays, when the streets are filled with market stalls, the historic town centre is particularly beautiful. Here, you will surely find just the right fresh delicacies and authentic souvenirs. Nostalgic guests will discover their maritime paradise just 20 km away in Portocolom. A stroll through its pretty lanes, a delicious lunch at the harbour – you can really treat yourself here. And there's a highlight close to the villa: you can reach the Sant Salvador monastery, which belongs to one of Mallorca's most beautiful sights, at the end of a winding road in around 20 minutes. You can find spots to relax in the small bay of Cala d'Or, framed by its surrounding cliffs, or the sandy beach of Cala Grand, where you will even find a diving school.
