You will adore this comfortable 4 bedroom duplex of 115m² in 'le Rosset' residence in the heart of Tignes le Lac, offering a true 'home from home' environment with 3 bathrooms and 2 Wcs. The entrance is decorated in a positive warm colour to welcome you. There is a shower room and separate wc and 2 double bedrooms on this entrance floor, both with balcony access; one with en-suite shower room. There is a modern open plan kitchen-living room with full size oven and large fridge, dining table by the large bay windows and south facing balcony, there is a cosy lounge area with flat screen tv, armchairs and a decent size sofa. Upstairs there are a further two bedrooms under the eaves but plenty of head space; one bedroom with twin beds and a further double bedroom (which is two single matress which has remote control to be able to raise both ends if required). Upstairs has a laundry room with washing machine, sink and a clothes horse, there is also a family bathroom with a large bath and separate WC.
Separate ski locker at entrance to the residence, an elevator services the building. Close to all ameneties and not far to walk to access the nearest slopes. Great choice for families and friends. A 'must' in Tignes!
Linen/towels with beds made up on arrival can be booked at a supplement if required.
No smoking apartment, no pets allowed.
