It is located in Chayofa, the residential area of Arona, very quiet and well connected; just 5 minutes by car there are: Los Cristianos, which is the town where the beaches and the 'Golf Las Americas' are located. In this area close to the villa, just 5 min by walk you have the oportunity to play tenis in the famous Tenerife Tenis Academy. A very nice place you can enjoy your favorite sport in a nice atsmosphere
It is a detached holidays home with garden, swimming heating pool barbecue and garage for 2/3 cars, has 2 floors and a semi-basement, 4 bedrooms with double beds; One bedroom has a complete private bathroom, and another with private bathroom, the other two bedrooms with shared bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with sofas, 72-inch SmartTV and another dining area with bathroom.
Outside, in addition to the garden, swimming pool heating , shower and barbecue and small gym, there are two verandas for outdoor dining or for lying in the shade.
There is also a separate laundry and ironing room with toilet. There is Wi-Fi in all areas of the house and a total of 3 flat screen TVs.
Available in the villa: masks and hand gel.
N.B. On request, with variable costs, the possibility of the following additional services: Daily cleaning; Baby-Sitter; Cook; Waiter; Driver and, to be evaluated, different needs.
