The apartment has a splendid sea view and an almost direct access to the beach by making the turn of the residence. The promenade along the residence allows you to walk along the coast and to quickly access the town center of Courseulles sur Mer, where you will find all the local shops and the market.
A mini golf course and a horse riding center are also in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
