Dirty accommodation that should not be rented as is Butts on the terrace/dirty dishes/yellowed curtains/dirty fridge/bed of width 120 only in the room/dust everywhere/presence of toothbrush and tissues under the bed/yellowed pillows and underpads/small shower cubicle without seal therefore leaking/slugs in the bathroom/bad smells/half-broken chairs/electricity to be revised/... In short a bad experience I hope that all the accommodations you propose are not in the same state.
