Located in a green setting in the heart of the Petite Camargue, come and discover this incredible 80 m² house, ideal for a stay with family or friends! Close to numerous sites of interest, breathtaking landscapes and all amenities, let yourself be seduced by the beauty of its exterior and the comfort of its interior!
You will have a luminous living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with a mezzanine area, as well as a shower room. Outside, you will not be left out thanks to its beautiful terrace, a large garden with trees and access to the vegetable garden as well as a private pool! Bed linen and towels provided.

The accommodation is as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with sofas and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a raised dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine...
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 2: equipped with a double bed, ceiling fan and stairs leading to a mezzanine area with a double bed.
- A shower room with a shower, washbasin, drying rack, hairdryer and free toiletries.
- Separate WC.
Exterior:
- A large enclosed tropical garden of 300 m² and facing south, leading to a pond where it is possible to fish.
- A 15 m² terrace shaded by a pergola and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside!
- A private swimming pool (2 m x 3 m x 1.50 m), not heated (not secured), with night lighting and surrounded by a relaxation area with hammock and deckchairs.
- A large vegetable garden is at your disposal, so you can cook fresh and seasonal products!

The accommodation is ideally located in a quiet and very pleasant condominium in the heart of a wild Camargue area! You will find all the necessary amenities in Vauvert, Saint-Gilles or Aigues-Mortes only a few minutes away by car: bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, market.

- A free parking space is available for all types of vehicles.
- Bed linen and towels provided.
- Animals accepted on request for an extra charge of 7€/day.
- Animals are not allowed in the pool.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. A deposit may be withheld if necessary.
- Swimming and access to the pontoon leading to the pond is the responsibility of the parents.
