Incredible and typical apartment located in the most famous area of Seville, the Triana neighborhood. The apartment is located within a typical Sevillian courtyard common for the 6 apartments of the building to enjoy. There you can sunbathe, rest, take the air or read a book quietly.
It is perfect for a maximum of 4 people, has 2 double rooms: one room with a double bed and the other room has two single beds. Both bedrooms are perfectly furnished, have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes in which there is plenty of space to store things.
The kitchen is totally independent, new, very equipped, and with newly installed appliances so you can prepare all kinds of dishes.
The bathroom is very spacious, with plenty of space to store the hygienic belongings of all guests, the bathtub is large and you can give yourself a wonderful hot or cool bath depending on the season of the year.
The living room is large comfortable and well equipped. It has air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and a modern TV. There is also a collected and folding table that can be extended and to comfortably accommodate 4 or 6 people.
The neighborhood is a wonderful place, typical of Seville, and the most popular in the city. There are many shops, and it is very well connected with public transport. The Park of the Princes is a few minutes away and is very close to important tourist places that you can’t miss if you come to this city. In addition, the April Fair is installed in the vicinity of the accommodation during the days of April in which it is celebrated. Due to the location of the apartment, there are no noises or disturbances in the apartment, but it is perfect for those who come to celebrate and live this wonderful fair.
