This semi-detached house has a superb view of the Meygal forests. A large plot of unfenced land surrounded by dry-stone walls is at your disposal. The entrance is separate from the owner's house and not overlooked.
Pailhaire is a quiet hamlet in the commune of Saint-Étienne-Lardeyrol, 15 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay and its UNESCO World Heritage monuments.
On site: hiking trails for all levels, mountain biking, via ferrata in magnificent panoramas amid Europe's first volcanoes!
All shops and services (gas station, mini-markets, tobacconist/newsagent, postal service and restaurants) in Blavozy (7 km) or Rosière (6 km).
The gîte is close to the Gorges de la Loire, where you'll find a wide range of sporting and leisure activities: canoeing, municipal swimming pool, fortified castles overlooking the Loire, villages of character, Lac de la Valette and its leisure center. This renovated farmhouse welcomes you on two levels.
A bright ground floor includes a living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a laundry room with toilet.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with 140 cm bedding, a shower room and separate WC. The living room includes a TV area and a large relaxation area with a breathtaking view of the surrounding countryside, and a mezzanine with extra sleeping space and a cot (cot and high chair provided free of charge).
