Nice house, good quality bedding, host available and friendly, clean house, except refrigerator and freezer. Kitchen battery to be changed, lawn sprinkler to be repaired to avoid walking on the ground when leaving the pool. Garden furniture to change. If not very good stay, correct the maintenance details and it will be perfect.
