The chalet had been cleaned in the morning (my daughter had seen the team from 9am) but we could not get the keys until 5pm because no message was sent before and I arrived at the resort at 3pm. Some problems: impossible to make the microwave work, a basket of the dishwasher damaged, problem with one of the keys of the entrance, flashing bulbs in the room of the back (2 separate beds). Concerning the linen rental, 6 pillowcases out of 12 were not adapted (rectangular instead of square).Very quiet area. Living room well equipped and functional. Cleaning not done under the beds.
