Nice wooden chalet, recent, spacious, and comfortable. It is a vacation home for 8 people, it can be rented for A MINIMUM OF 1 WEEK.
It is situated at the entrance of the town (300 metres from the supermarket), on a flat 600 square metre land.
The environment is quite calm, without opposite. There is only one neighbour at the back of the chalet. Nice view over the mountains.
The car parking facilities for the ski lifts (Grand Massif Express in Samoëns or Morillon) are 3 kms away (about 5 minutes by car).
Samoëns ski resort is part of the Grand Massif Domain (5 resorts with 265 kms of ski runs: Flaine, Les Carroz, Samoëns, Morillon, Sixt Fer à Cheval).
It is a 120 m² chalet on 2 levels.
Ground floor: a large living room that opens up on a terrace with garden furniture and a plancha, open kitchen fully equipped (big fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, micro-wave oven, equipment for raclette and fondue, kettle…), a bathroom (shower, sink and toilets), a bedroom with a queen size bed and a storeroom (washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing table).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and 2 with a double bed). 2 bedrooms open up on a balcony with a view over the mountains, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, a whirlpool bath, toilets, sink, large mirror and hair-dryer.
Bedsheets and towels are included.
A baby cot can be provided upon request.
