Ideally located in the city center, this T3 apartment (approx. 64 m²) is on the second floor of a residence with elevator.
For easy parking, you have access to a private, secure basement parking lot.
Entrance hall with cupboard. A living room with a sofa bed for two people, a TV (no WIFI), a dining area opening onto a balcony with a view of the Bay of Arcachon, and an electric plancha for outdoor dining. Fully-equipped open kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo and Nespresso.
Separate WC with hand-washer. A first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) opening onto the balcony, TV and closet. A shower room. The second bedroom also has a 140cm bed, TV and closet. A baby cot and high chair are available. There's also a washing machine in one of the cupboards.
Its location will enable you to take advantage of the many restaurants in the town center, all the shops are nearby, for shopping enthusiasts, you're in the heart of town, and the main beach is just a few steps away to organize your picnics, or your afternoon swims on our beautiful days.
