This charming chalet, ideally located at the foot of the slopes at Morillon 1100, measures around 150 m² and is perfectly suited to accommodate 10 to 12 people, providing the ideal setting for an unforgettable mountain vacation.
La Poya, has been completely renovated in a traditional wooden style, offering a perfect blend of modern comfort and alpine charm. Its privileged snow-front location gives you direct access to the slopes, so you can make the most of your stay. Two parking spaces are available around 50m from the chalet.
In summer, enjoy the terrace with its garden furniture and parasol, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. For your comfort, the chalet also has a sauna, ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes or hiking.
Inside, on the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall with ski locker, a spacious living room with a cosy sitting area where you can relax in front of the TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge/freezer, hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, two electric coffee makers, toaster, electric kettle, raclette and fondue machines.
Upstairs you'll find 5 bedrooms, a separate toilet and two shower rooms.
