Quiet area close to beaches and shops. You will appreciate this independent and bright house, with its neat decoration, for the reception of eight people. The kitchen area is open to the living room/dining room. A large bay window overlooks the terrace and private garden, not overlooked, located at the back of the house, equipped with garden furniture. The beds are distributed between the three bedrooms of the house and the studio located on the ground floor. Two of the rooms are equipped with twin beds, 4 single beds, the third bedroom opening on the terrace with a large bay window is equipped with a double bed (160cm) and the studio on the ground floor with a sofa bed 140cm. A shower room with independent toilet is at your disposal in the house and a second shower room with toilet in the studio, where you will find a small refrigerator and the washing machine. Possibility to park your car on the garden.Free Wi-Fi connection . Reach the beach at 400 m, shops, restaurants, glaciers, surf schools at 500 m, golf at 3 km and the lake at about 6 km (REF 04071)
