Residence with pool (open from the 15th of june until the 15th of september) "Les Presidents" located in the heart of the Pinède, two steps from the international golf course of the Ardilouse. Pleasant semi detached house, on two levels, 43m² approximately, for the welcome of six people. Privileged south west orientation. The living room, equipped with a sofa bed (double sleeping), opens, with bay windows, on two terraces with forest view equipped with garden furniture. The equipped kitchen opens to the living/dining room. The 1st floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), the other with 2 single beds and a trundle bed,a bath room with sink and toilet (a 2nd independent WC is accessible on the ground floor).
