This charming wooden house is located in the mountains (700m altitude) only 10 km from Castiglion Fiorentino. Covered terrace, dining kitchen, two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower). The house is surrounded by a large natural area planted with oaks, where it is pleasant to stop on hot summer days. In the garden, about 50m below, you will have a swimming pool area with a sunny terrace (shared with the house ITA628). Other elements at your disposal: barbecue, hammocks and playground for children with a wooden cabin. Use of the washing machine for an extra charge. The friendly owners are on the property almost every day and remain at your disposal for any further information. It will be difficult for you to leave this haven of peace located in the heart of the forest. Some suggestions: Arezzo, the historic city, Piazza Grande and the frescoes of Piero della Francesca in the church of San Francesco 25 km away; the picturesque Etruscan city of Cortona 20 km away; the medieval Montepulciano 40 km; the superb Renaissance town of Pienza (with a breathtaking view of the Orcia Valley) 45 km away; Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands 35 km away; Siena and the Plaza del Campo (the most beautiful in the world) 80 km away; the Umbrian capital Perugia 70 km away. In Castiglion Fiorentino (10 km) you will find a medieval castle, charming shops, a supermarket, restaurants, bars and a weekly market. Unpaved access road.
