Welcoming country house set on a magnificent Chianti hill, 5 km from the village of Montevarchi (shops of all kinds). The vacation home is in a quiet location, ideal for those wishing to enjoy the privacy of an independent, idyllic and panoramic vacation home, while planning excursions to the beautiful Chianti and the fascinating art cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo (the nearby Montevarchi train station is easily accessible by train to Florence and Arezzo).
The simple but well-appointed bedrooms all have mosquito-screened windows. From the living room with its large fireplace, you have access to a covered terrace with a wide view over the Arno valley, where you can relax and dine al fresco to end the day. On the large natural grounds with lawns, olive groves and woods is also the fenced-in pool area with sun terrace. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Distances: small village of Moncione (store, restaurant) 1.5 km; Florence and Siena 50 km, Arezzo and Chianti approx. 35 km. Horse riding at 2 km, golf course at 10 km.
