Two-family house on 3 levels (first floor, 1st and 2nd floor) in a renovated old stone building. The house is located in a country village in the Valle di Compito, at the foot of wooded hills near Lucca. Views over woods and valley countryside. A secondary road with moderate traffic passes nearby. The complex has a fenced-in area, car parking and automatic entrance gate. Behind the house is an outdoor area equipped with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue for al fresco dining; next door, separated by a small private road, is an enclosed, equipped garden (300m2 - table, chairs, sunbathing area, deckchairs) with trees and a lighted swimming pool (8.5x3.5). Outside there's a small outbuilding, a second kitchen with a pizza oven and washing machine. Nearby, you can visit an archaeological site with ancient Romanesque farmhouses, as well as go skydiving and fishing in the surrounding area. Cot and high chair included in the rental price. Distances: Lucca 7km, Pisa 32km, Florence 65km, restaurant 0.2km, various stores and tennis 2km, riding school 5km, beaches 37km.
