Ideally located in the south of the Landes, 25 minutes from the beaches, 1 hour from Spain and the Basque country and 20 minutes from Dax, this gîte is ideally situated for discovering and enjoying all the diversity of the Landes: the rolling hills of the countryside, the barthes of the Adour, the historic bastides, as well as the ocean, the dunes and the forest are all within easy reach. In the heart of nature, amidst fields of kiwis, rapeseed and sunflowers, you'll enjoy uninterrupted views of the countryside from the terrace. You'll also be seduced by the charm of the accommodation: exposed stonework, old half-timbering, wood, old tools... so many assets highlighted in this recently renovated farmhouse dating from the 1830s, creating a warm decor blending ancient historical elements with modern comforts. A cocooning address full of authenticity and character to be discovered as a couple or with the family... This rental is housed in a former farmhouse. The exterior features a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Inside, the gîte adjoins a second gîte (reference 10826) and comprises a living room (TV-WIFI), dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer), a ground-floor bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed and 1 cot), a mezzanine with a 140 futon bed and 1 x 1-seater, a shower room with Italian shower, separate toilet, storeroom with washing machine. For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. A complete baby equipment is available: bed, high chair, bathtub, changing cushion, potty, sheets).
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
