This magnificent country house, once a mansion dating back to 1750, still preserves its original structure today. This beautiful country residence is located in the hills in the heart of an 80 ha estate and close to the medieval Roman hamlet of Montecchio. The pretty exterior with swimming pool (panoramic view), is ideal for relaxing with family or friends. Rome and Florence, are fascinating cities, and offer many sites, art treasures and museums to visit. These cities are easily accessible by motorway (from Orvieto). Ideal starting point to visit the most important tourist places in Umbria (Todi, Perugia, and Assisi), northern Lazio (Viterbo, Bomarzo and Tuscania) and southern Tuscany (Chiusi, Cortona and Arezzo). In-house production of cold pressed olive oil, organic cultivation. The access road to the house is unpaved. The swimming pool area is fenced. The pretty town of Orvieto is about 25 km away.
