The apartment comprises an entrance hall, living room (flat-screen TV) opening onto the balcony, open-plan kitchen (3 induction hobs, washing machine, conventional oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher), 1st bedroom (2 x 2 bunk beds 90x190), bathroom (bath) and separate toilet. 1st floor: landing leading to 2nd bedroom (160x200 bed, TV) with private shower room/wc. Private parking space in the residence. Pets are accepted in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (except during school vacations).
