Authentic 45 square meter apartment in Chamonix.
Welcome to my home! I welcome you to my 45-square-meter apartment in a chalet in Chamonix, located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Ideally located between the resorts of CHAMONIX and LES HOUCHES, you'll be able to get to the slopes quickly and enjoy an unforgettable ski holiday. If you're traveling with several people, the house offers two other studios that can accommodate up to 9 people. Enjoy your stay :)
Accommodation
The apartment is located in the French Alps, at the foot of Mont Blanc, in the exceptional setting of the Chamonix Valley, the ski capital of the world. Enjoy a pleasant stay in this practical apartment. It comprises 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds and 1 double bed, a bathroom and a lounge area for relaxing after an intense day's skiing.
Please note that the bathroom, the back of the living room, one bedroom and the WC are on the back wall (a little low, around 1.40 meters high).
The attic bathroom is equipped with a bathtub in which you can't stand upright (you have to wash sitting down).
The house has a GARDEN that will be much appreciated in summer and winter alike.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay.
You'll have excellent public transport links, so you can stroll around the resort! The area is popular with locals and tourists alike, and you're just 2km from the city center. Don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
For all bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided, but is available at extra cost. For bookings after November 16, 2023, linen is included.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest.
Location
A famous ski resort, Chamonix is renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic, lively town center and a host of activities on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Montenvers railway, leading to the Mer de Glace. Spectacular scenery all year round.
