Beautiful 63-square-meter apartment in Chamonix.
Welcome to my 62m2 apartment in Chamonix's hypercentre! The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It's ideally located close to all the shops (grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, bars), Chamonix train station and ski lifts. The location is ideal for doing everything on foot! You're sure to enjoy your stay with family or friends.
Accommodation
Update April 2023: work is underway to build a new condominium next to the Parc du Mont Blanc residence until 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a charming residence just a stone's throw from the town center and close to Parc Couttet and the famous Maison des Artistes created by Manoukian.
This duplex apartment features a beautiful living room with a sofa bed opening onto a spacious corner balcony with views of Mont Blanc, a bathroom, a shower room, a kitchen area, two double bedrooms and a mezzanine, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends.
Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the mezzanine is an open-plan room with two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted closets.
On the first floor, you'll find a double bedroom, a shower room with toilet and the living room with sofa bed (brand new), lounge - dining room and kitchen.
Upstairs, a staircase leads to the mezzanine area, the second double bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
The large balcony with its views is perfectly laid out to allow you to enjoy your meals outside when the sun is shining.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay:
Parking / Garage, Ski room, WiFi, Television (SFR TV), Senseo coffee machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Raclette machine and Kettle.
The resort is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
The Chamonix train station is a 5-minute walk away, and transport (bus and train) is free thanks to the guest cards given out in the apartment.
The bus stops and train station are just a 5-minute walk away, and transport will take you to all the valley's ski areas.
For the more adventurous, the Brevent gondola is a 15-minute walk away, with a nice climb to consider, so you can get ready for the slopes!
The "O'shop" ski rental store is also a 5-minute walk away and offers a 20% discount on presentation of the flyer left in the apartment. On the same square, you'll find a SPAR supermarket for your small shopping needs, as well as a pharmacy, a tobacconist's and a delicious bakery just 5 minutes from the apartment!
For bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at extra cost.
