The building is in the heart of Chamonix, within easy reach of the slopes and shops: 4 minutes from the Savoy/Brévent ski lifts, 3 minutes from the tourist office, 2 minutes from a "U" supermarket and other shops, 2 minutes from the Chamonix mountain house and ski school departure point, 3 minutes from the Alpina shopping center.
The apartment is fully equipped for an excellent stay, with oven, washing machine, TV, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and hairdryer. It is equipped with a WiFi network.
