Modern apartment with BALCONY CHAMONIX center.
Welcome to my apartment in Chamonix. Ideally located close to the town center, you'll be able to reach all the shops on foot, as well as the Aiguille du Midi cable car, which is just a 2-minute walk away. This will take you to an altitude of 3800 m, where you'll be able to enjoy an exceptional experience and, for the more adventurous, discover the Vallée Blanche. The apartment is comfortable, warm and can accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy your stay :)
Accommodation
The comfortable and pleasant apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed.
There's a lovely living area with an open kitchen and dining table for couples, families or friends. In the living room, it's possible to sleep 2 people on a quality convertible sofa. The apartment has a long BALCONY with views of the Aiguilles rouges, Aiguilles vertes and Grandes Jorasses, which will be much appreciated in summer and winter alike.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent skiing holiday, or to enjoy the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views in summer.
You'll be well served by public transport, but it's possible to do it all on foot and stroll around the town! The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
A professional cleaning is performed before and after each guest.

Chamonix is a famous ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, the highest peak in Western Europe. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
