Magnificent 35 square meter studio located in Juan-les-pins.
Welcome to my home! I'd like to welcome you to my magnificent 35-square-meter apartment in Juan-les-pins.
It's just a few minutes from the beach, a 3-minute walk from the train station and can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 2 adults and 2 children). As this is a studio, both beds will be in the same room.
Located between Nice and Cannes, Antibes Juan-les-Pins boasts all the advantages of the Mediterranean coastline.
Accommodation
Located in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, this charming, comfortable apartment features a wardrobe bed, a sofa bed, a shower with WC, a lovely living area opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace where you can relax over a meal in summer. It's a luxury building with a janitor, and you'll find a parking space on the street.
It is equipped with: Coffee machine (Senseo pods), Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Air conditioning.
As the apartment is well located, you can do everything on foot, starting with the Antibes convention center (5 min. walk), the Jardin de la Pinède (6 min. walk), the Juan les Pins beach (7 min. walk) and the Notre-Dame de la Pinède church (7 min. walk).
Bars, restaurants and cafés are also nearby. The Casino supermarket is just 50 m away, and a Carrefour City is 280 m away.
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.
Location
Antibes is a commune located in the Alpes-Maritimes on the French Riviera. It's a city built by the Greeks that has retained its authenticity; in the old town, you can discover medieval ramparts, Provencal markets and traditional flower-filled architecture. For the more sporty, you can take the Tire Poil trail at the southern end of the famous Cap d'Antibes, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea against the rocks, the wind and the cry of the seagulls. This charming town combines culture with the hustle and bustle of the South, where you'll find numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, as well as a beach overlooking the Baie des Anges.
