Welcome to Combloux!
My beautiful 80 m² apartment is perfect for families or friends. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It's ideally located, close to the village and its shops, 8 minutes from the Megève-La Princesse cable car and 10 minutes from the ski slopes by car. Summer and winter alike, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of Mont Blanc from the BALCONY.

Accommodation
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped functional kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue and raclette machines, etc.) and a lovely lounge area with TV for relaxing after a long day in the mountains. You'll also have a BALCONY with a spectacular VIEW of the famous Mont-Blanc range, Les Houches and the Megève ski slopes.
As the apartment is located on the 3ᵉ floor, an elevator will be at your disposal.
You will find 2 covered parking spaces at your disposal (not assigned).
You'll be close to the village, all its shops, pedestrian streets, and various ski rental services such as INTERSPORT COMBLOUX 5 min away by car and Skimium - RIDING ZONE (4 min away by car)! Ski lifts to the slopes are also within easy reach (Télécabine de Bouchet 2 min away by car) and you'll also find the famous Plan d'Eau Biotope, one of the area's main attractions, just 6 min away by car. Lac de Passy is just a 20-minute drive away, for activities such as swimming at Mont-Blanc Plage and go-karting at Mont-Blanc Passy.
