It's with great pleasure that I invite you to my cosy apartment, ready to accommodate 4 to 5 people and perfect for a tourist stay.
You'll have a MAGNIFICENT VIEW of the SEA and stay right on La Garonnette beach.

Welcome to the Côte d'Azur!
I'm delighted to welcome you for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and have direct access to the beach on foot.
My charming apartment is composed of :
- 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed ( 140 x190 ) and 1 private bathroom (Italian shower to disabled standard + wc) ; and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds ( 1 place ( 90x190 )+ 1 single bed (90x190 )
- 1 separate toilet with Italian shower + wc
- 1 open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- 1 living room with dining area, sofa, TV, wifi, furniture for inside and terrace.
You'll particularly appreciate the large TERRACE for outdoor lunch while enjoying the magnificent SEA VIEW!
You'll also have an allocated parking space.
And don't forget the SWIMMING POOL for relaxing and sunbathing on sunny days! Table soccer and ping pong are available next to the pool.
A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each guest.
The residence is located in the commune of Sainte-Maxime, close to the coastal town center of Les Issambres, with all amenities, a marina and links to the islands and coastal towns of the Var (including St-Tropez, 20 minutes away by sea).
On sunny days, you can take advantage of the many bars, restaurants and shops to explore the surrounding area on foot or by bike. The Elephants beach is a 15-minute walk away, and the famous Nartelle beach a 30-minute walk.
A market every Friday and a flea market on Wednesdays will enhance your strolls along the seafront. You can also visit a host of other towns and villages, including Ramatuelle, Gassin, Saint-Raphaël, Cannes, Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Grasse, Cagnes-sur-Mer and, of course, Saint-Tropez, all within a 30-minute drive.
Don't forget to visit Sainte-Maxime's must-see places, such as :
Port Sainte-Maxime (8 minutes by car), Jardin Bonaparte garden (30 minutes by car), Aqualand (11 minutes by car), Jardin botanique des Myrtes (10 minutes by car) and Les Éléphants de Mer (15 minutes on foot).
A visit to Sainte-Maxime is also an opportunity to enjoy a hike in the small mountain range known as the Massif des Maures, or in the heart of the Pointe de Sardinaux, where you can discover the richness of Sainte-Maxime's flora.
For your daily shopping needs, the SPAR Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away.
