I welcome you to my beautiful 80 square-meter apartment with 2 balconies, on the 3rd and last floor with elevator. It's located in a very quiet residence with swimming pool. It's ideally located just a 20-minute walk from the Croisette and the beaches. The apartment is ideal for a holiday with friends or family, and is ready to accommodate 4 people.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms with double beds (one of which is air-conditioned), two bathrooms (one WC in each) with Italian-style showers, a fully-equipped kitchen and an air-conditioned living room where you can relax.From a balcony you can enjoy a superb SEA VIEW, and where you can use the outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy your cup of coffee, meals, aperitifs...
You have access to the residence's SWIMMING POOL through a flower-filled park planted with olive trees.
