This old farmhouse dating from 1758 has been completely renovated and offers an authentic chalet with a tasteful decor and direct access to the slopes. It has 3 bedrooms, including 1 on a mezzanine, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. You'll have the opportunity to enjoy the mountains and all their activities: skiing, sledging, dog sledding... The choice is yours!

Accommodation
The accommodation has 5 beds of the following type: 2 single beds, 3 double beds. It's fully equipped and ideal for a ski holiday. It has been recently refurbished and has underfloor heating. To access it, you'll need chains or snow tires in winter.
It includes one to 2 parking spaces, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, iron and hairdryer.
You can also enjoy a splendid view over the valley.
All mountain activities are nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, hiking... and even dog sledding and ski joering!
You can also discover Chamonix (just 20 minutes away by car), or take a trip to the Aiguille du Midi.
Local shops are located in the center of Les Houches, a 10-minute drive away. ATTENTION if you don't have a car, renting this chalet is complicated.

Location
Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest peak, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and the surrounding region are much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
