Charming house in a residential cul-de-sac in a quiet, leafy location. It is built over a basement and comprises on the first floor: Kitchen opening onto living room (fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob with hood, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher...), living room opening onto terrace (fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, heat accumulator), master bedroom (bed 140 x 190) with wardrobe, shower room with washing machine, separate toilet.
First floor: Mezzanine with office area, TV screen with DVD player, attic bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190) with dressing room.
The south-facing wooden terrace has furniture (parasol, chairs, table, 2 deckchairs) and a charcoal barbecue.
The garden features a wash-house (ideal for returning from the beach) and a clothesline. Fully enclosed, ideal for children or pets. Pets allowed (2 maximum, supplement €25).
Bicycles can be stored under cover. Also available: Wifi connection, cot, high chair, 1 private parking space.
