This accommodation is for travelers seeking tranquility.
With the entire plot fenced and on a small hill, the exteriors and the pool area have a high degree of privacy with wonderful views of the mountains, you will enjoy the pool with an infinity effect and wonderful sunsets. Within this space there are different points of rest and meeting points with the family. A large space stands out, which is sheltered by a large wooden pergola. Here, you can enjoy both the nights and the day with your family.
The villa offers you exclusive use of the heated pool (from 01/10 to 01/04. Price: €30 per day) which can only be contracted for the entire stay.
This accommodation is a Villa to enjoy, to have a quiet holiday and enjoy the family, its great location places it just a few minutes from leisure shops and restaurants, also in just ten minutes you can be in the fantastic Puerto Banús. You can go from taking a boat ride to enjoying the best shops in the world.
The luxurious interior of the accommodation is distributed over two floors, where on the ground floor, which is at the level of the pool area and with access from the living room and dining room, you will enjoy exclusive furniture, a living room with a very high ceiling and an elegant fireplace. A large smart TV, also on this floor there is a fantastic kitchen with a beautiful island where you can cook any lunch. This kitchen is equipped with everything you need and it will be very comfortable for you to cook.
You will enjoy lunches in the dining room next to the kitchen, where you will also have a small table where if you bring small children they can have lunch there.
On this ground floor, you will also have a toilet, although the two rooms on this floor both have a full bathroom, one of them has a sauna inside the bathroom.
All rooms in the accommodation have access to a terrace or porch, a full bathroom and exterior windows that make these rooms very bright, as well as spacious.
Climbing an elegant staircase, we go up to the upper floor, where we will first find a television and teleworking area, where thanks to the hosts, you will only have to bring your laptop and an HDMI cable to be able to telework on the monitor offered by this space.

You will also have on this floor two full bedrooms with a queen size bed that, as we have mentioned previously, have a full bathroom en suite.
Inform them that the owners stay in an apartment attached to the property, always respecting their privacy, as should be noted, daily maintenance will be carried out on the pool and outdoors. The hosts are at your disposal for any questions or problems that may arise, as well as special requests that can help you resolve them.
Please note that to stay at this property it is necessary to retain or pay a deposit before handing over the keys.
