Magnificent 28 square meter apartment in Chamonix-mont-blanc.
Welcome to my 28m2 apartment in the heart of Chamonix! The apartment comprises a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa bed and a fully-equipped open kitchen. In all, it can accommodate up to 4 people. It is ideally located close to the ski lifts and the shopping street (boutiques, restaurants, bars, grocery stores). The apartment has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Aiguille du Midi!
Accommodation
The accommodation has 2 beds of the following type: 1 sofa bed, and 2 single beds within a bunk bed. It can therefore accommodate 4 people.
It's ideally located in the center of Chamonix, in the pleasant Chamonix Sud district, and has recently been refurbished! Entrance is by badge, so the residence is very secure. You'll also benefit from a parking space in the residence's own parking lot.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: kettle, toaster, raclette machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV and hairdryer.
Shops are close by for easy shopping: Spar downstairs, Petit Casino 3 minutes on foot, Super U 10 minutes on foot, and restaurants and bakeries nearby.
You can also enjoy skiing, dog sledding or hiking from Chamonix. There are free shuttles to the town center nearby.
It's all on foot! You can also take a bus to the best-known ski areas: Les grands montets, Brévent, La Flégère, Les Houches...
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each passenger.

The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix is much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up its valley, an authentic and lively town center and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
