Magnificent 40-square-meter apartment with TERRACE located in Moliets-et-Maa.
Welcome to "309 Les Fougères" in Moliets-et-Maa!
Ideal for your family vacations, I am delighted to welcome you to my charming 40 square meter apartment with LARGE TERRACE located on the 3ᵉ floor with elevator in a luxury residence with SWIMMING POOL. The Ocean is only 10 minutes away on foot, and the town center 5 min by car.

Accommodation
Ideally located, my apartment is perfect for a tourist stay with friends or family, accommodating up to 6 people maximum, 5 ideally, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath), a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. You'll also have a lovely south-facing TERRACE with a wonderful VIEW of the golf course, sheltered from the strong summer sun by cork oaks.
To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, you'll have at your disposal: Parking, Shared pool, Television, Dishwasher, Lift, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle.
Discover the region and its must-see places such as the Plage de Moliet, lively with its bars and restaurants, and the Plage des Chênes Lièges, more secluded and tranquil, the Adrénaline Parc, the Parcours Sportif, the Étang de Moliets and the Courant d'Huchet.
A variety of activities are available, including surfing, cycling, hiking, tennis, fishing and, of course, golf. The residence's shared SWIMMING POOL is also available for relaxing in the sun.
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. You'll find Vélos du Golf for your bike rentals just a 9-minute walk away, and a U Express and Drive just a 9-minute drive away.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you! A digital welcome booklet is available in the apartment!

Location
Moliets is a typical Landes village, festive and lively all year round. Close your eyes, you're there.... See that little village square, decorated with pennants and garlands in the guinguette spirit? If you're looking for a more discreet spot, take the signposted footpaths starting from the fronton; the Etang de Moliets and the Etang de la Prade are at the end of the road. And if you're a lover of small "built" heritage sites, stop off at the chapel of Mâa, a well-preserved spot to take a break on the road to Pichelèbe. Moliets is also a great place to play golf, between the forest and the ocean. Beginners and experienced golfers alike can play all year round on this 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones. And to get around during the vacations, leave the car behind and pedal along the incredible network of cycle paths that link the golf course and the beaches, passing through the village. The famous Vélodysée, the long-distance cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, is just 5 minutes away and offers easy rides through pine forests.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ epitomizes the oceanic charm of the Landes coast. Nestling behind dunes and maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves to delight surfers and undeniably beautiful Landes landscapes.
