I'm delighted to welcome you to my beautiful 45-square-meter apartment, located on the 1st and top floor without elevator and ready to accommodate a couple, or 2 people. You'll love the balcony with its magnificent mountain views!
With family or friends, you'll be able to enjoy the mountains and all their activities: skiing, sledging, dog sledding...

Accommodation
It has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and en-suite bathroom, a shower room, a functional kitchen and a lovely living room with TV and balcony.
During your stay, you'll enjoy the following facilities: Parking, Wifi, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Fireplace, Oven, Iron.
All mountain activities are nearby: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, tobogganing, hiking...
You can also discover Chamonix (only 10 min by car), or take a trip to the Aiguille du Midi (9 min by car).
The apartment is close to the ski lifts (5 min. drive). You can also take the shuttle bus (a 2-minute walk away) to the Chamonix and Les Houches ski areas.
A large Super U is a 10-minute walk away, and downtown Les Houches is a 5-minute drive.

Please note that for allergy sufferers, I occupy my apartment with my cat between rentals!
Location
Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest peak, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and the surrounding region are much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
