A comfortable villa in the calm of the campo, for 6 people, with its terraces, secure swimming pool (fenced + 2 gates) 10 x 5 m. 3 km from Santa Eulalia, its marina, beaches and amenities (restaurants, stores, etc.).
You'll find all the basic necessities (sheets, towels, bath and hair products, cooking spices, flour, oil, vinegar, coffee, basic pharmacy, cot and high chair...) and a well-equipped kitchen for your meals...
A family villa for 6 people with a suite with bathroom and very large private terrace on the 1st floor, as well as two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor.
An indoor dining room and an outdoor dining room for 8 people with barbecue, a 175 m2 fenced pool area (10mx5m) with garden beds and a 6-seater chill-out area, and a 7000 m2 garden - fully fenced - where you can stroll among the fruit trees and cacti complete the comfort.
Vehicles can be parked inside the property.
One of the two double bedrooms on the first floor can be equipped with either a 180 cm x 200 bed or two separate 90 cm x 200 beds.
A small study can be converted into a baby room. We provide a cot, a high chair and a playpen. There is no air conditioning in the small office.
Just let the host know the bed configuration you require two days before your arrival.
Double rooms and the living room are air-conditioned.
Travelers have access to the entire property, with the exception of the half-basement storeroom-garage.
Drinking water is available only in the kitchen.
A cleaning service is included at the end of your stay.
You can also take advantage of this service during your stay, at your own expense.
For guests staying two weeks, an intermediate cleaning (bathrooms and kitchen + change of beds and towels) is included in the price.
The pool attendants and gardeners come once or twice a week to maintain the property. They do not come to the house.
A vehicle is required to access the property, which is located in the campo, in the Es Novells valley, behind the hill on which Santa Eulalia stands.
Several car rental companies are located at the airport (Europcar, Hertz, Budget,...) or near the airport (2 min.) and organize shuttles between the terminal and their depot (Centauro).
A 5-minute drive from the house, Santa Eulalia del Rio has a bus station that links the whole island, as well as a bus station.
