Welcome to my home!
I am pleased to welcome you to my charming 50-square-meter apartment with balcony, located on the 1st floor with elevator and ready to welcome guests. It's ideally located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' drive from the town center. The apartment is ideal for a tourist or business stay.

My well-equipped apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, an open, fully-equipped kitchen and a living room with access to the BALCONY, which offers a VIEW.

Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's stay.
You'll be just a 5-minute drive from the Centre Aquatique Alre'O, which offers a multitude of water sports such as aquabike, aquagym, aquafitness, aquatonic, aquatraining...
With the location of my accommodation, you can't miss out on discovering Auray's main attractions and tourist sites. What's more, you'll be able to take part in a wide range of activities to make the most of your stay:
For water sports and activities such as boat trips, fishing, diving, canoeing, kayaking, rowing..., Port Saint-Goustan is an 11-minute drive away. Its lively quaysides are lined with shops and restaurants that attract visitors.
To enjoy the atmosphere of a provincial market, Auray's market is held every Monday and is a 5-minute drive away.
The Biscuiterie de Kerlann is an 11-minute drive away and will spoil you with its dry, pure butter cookies (plain, chocolate, fruit-filled...) as well as typical Brittany cakes (Kouign-amann, Breton cake, amandine...).
Saint-Gildas Church and the Tourist Office are a 5-minute drive from the apartment.
Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. For your shopping needs, you'll find an E.Leclerc DRIVE and a Super U and Drive 12 and 13 minutes' walk respectively.

Location
Visit the mythical port of Saint Goustan for a day or more, and take advantage of the medieval atmosphere to sit on the terrace of a café. Great events enliven Auray all year round, including Port Thursdays in summer, nautical jousting, the craft market and Christmas entertainment. And every Monday, the legendary market in the town center is a must-see during the vacations for local produce. Auray is also the ideal place to stroll and discover art studios and galleries, and to go shopping with friends or family. Small cobbled streets and squares with character are also worth a visit, such as Rue du Château with its steep slope leading to Saint Goustan, or Place aux Roues and its authentic quarter.
