Welcome to Les Houches!
We invite you to enjoy a moment of serenity in our family apartment overlooking Mont-Blanc, just 5 minutes from the start of the slopes and the Tour du Mont-Blanc.
The 29.5 square meter apartment is ideal for a young couple or a family with children, and is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
It comprises :
- a large entrance hall
- a large living room and kitchen
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a fully renovated bathroom
- a large balcony with table and chairs
You'll also have access to 100% organic groceries, cleaning products and cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, soap...).
The accommodation is exclusively NON-SMOKING!
The surroundings are very quiet and the atmosphere is warm in this large mountain chalet of a former hotel residence. The residence is less than 500 meters from the Prarion gondola, and the free shuttle bus to Les Houches and Chamonix (about 20 minutes) stops right at the residence entrance.
For bookings validated before November 16, 2023, linen is not provided but is available at extra cost.
For reservations after November 16, 2023, linen is included.

Location
Close to the famous Chamonix ski resort, renowned for its location at the foot of Mont Blanc, Western Europe's highest peak, Les Houches is a typical mountain village. The capital of mountaineering, Chamonix and the surrounding region are much more than just a resort: 10 ski areas make up the valley, and numerous activities are on offer in winter and summer alike (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dog sledding, a magnificent spa facing Mont Blanc, hiking to high-altitude lakes, mountain biking...). Other popular tourist attractions include the Aiguille du Midi, the starting point for the mythical Vallée Blanche, inviting you to a unique experience at 3800m, and the Chemin de Fer du Montenvers, leading to the Mer de Glace. The Mer de Glace is a 7.5 km-long valley of glaciers. Spectacular scenery all year round.
