Very nice apartment. With large balcony + full-width blinds. All equipment in working order (not like in some rentals...). Air-conditioning was very important for this very hot Spanish climate! The residence is very well maintained: green spaces, corridors... The swimming pool is also well maintained, and the surrounding area is well tended (lawn + trees + garbage cans). To conclude, I'd say that the whole property is as described, very good for a small family.
